Students Against Hunger

In our annual school food drive and friendly competition, students of all ages across our service area collect food and funds to help families in our communities. Join us this year by hosting a food drive at your school and help make a real difference in the lives of students in our area. Register your school

Join the Wilmington Branch for a lovely evening of culinary delights with special guest Chef Vivian Howard. The event will begin at 6pm and will be hosted at the beautiful River Lights facility. Tickets and more information

Food Lion Feeds Hunger Relief Day

North Carolina State Fair
One day only! Bring five cans of Food Lion brand food to the NC State Fair and receive one free admission ticket. Feel great about supporting a worthy cause while saving money! More info

32nd Annual Greater Triangle Area Crop Walk
Sunday, October 22nd
Court of NC North Trail, NC State campus
Help end hunger one step at a time. Registration begins at 1:30pm and the walk begins at 2:30pm. The Raleigh Branch of the Food Bank benefits from this walk. Host a team or register as an individual walker at CropHungerWalk.org/RaleighNC

Join us for Harris Teeter's annual Harvest Feast Food Drive and Donation Card Campaign. Look for details at your local Harris Teeter to donate food or funds at the register! 

Lowes Foods Friends Feeding Friends
November 1 - December 31
For 22 years, this food and fund drive has helped feed our neighbors in need. Look for pre-packaged bags of food or donate your own items at your local Lowes Foods store. You can also donate money at the register. Store information

The Great American Milk Drive
That gallon of milk you consider a staple in your refrigerator is missing from the homes of many folks in our service area that are food insecure. In partnership with Feeding America, The Great American Milk Drive makes it easy to give a gallon of nutrient-rich milk to the Food Bank with just a click of your mouse! Your monetary donation will be sent to us in the form of milk coupons that we will then use to provide milk to local families in need. Learn more and donate: https://milklife.com/give


Move For Hunger
The Food Bank is delighted to partner with Move For Hunger - an organization that offers to pickup unwanted, non-perishable food items during the moving process and deliver them to local food banks. Simply use one of the moving partners in our area and they will provide a box for food items. You can pack it or use their professional moving staff. Move For Hunger will make arrangements for the items to be delivered to our locations. Read more about Move For Hunger or find a local mover who gives back.
