PinPoint Participates in Annual Negroni Week

Matt Schwab, Head Bartender of Wilmington's PinPoint Restaurant has created a signature cocktail in celebration of Negroni Week an annual charity event. $1 of each Negroni sold from June 6-12 will benefit Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina in Wilmington. Learn more about Negroni Week.

Wilmington on Fire Documentary Screening and Food Drive
Saturday, June 18, 2016 (1:00 PM & 4:00 PM)
Two screenings of the documentary "Wilmington on Fire" will take place on June 18 at Williston Middle School Auditorium in Wilmington. Tickets are $10 at the door and you can also get tickets in advance at www.wofwilmington.eventbrite.com. The organizers of the screening will host a food drive. Bring any of our most-needed food items to either movie screening.
Triangle: 2nd Annual Sports Radio Open Golf Tournament

99.9 The Fan and The Buzz Sports Radio will host the 2nd Annual Sports Radio Open Golf Tournament on June 21 to benefit the Food Bank’s Stop Summer Hunger campaign. Tickets go on sale March 24th and are available online or can be purchased during business hours at 3100 Highwoods Blvd, Raleigh. Twosomes will be accommodated. Individual registrants will be grouped with another player. Last year’s tournament raised over $6,000 for the Food Bank. Let's make this year even bigger! 8th Annual Football Food Drive Camp

The Annual Football Food Drive Camp and Showcase is an event that Cary Coaching Precision puts on to raise canned goods for the community. The event has raised over 6,500 pounds of canned goods over the past 7 years. This year the goal is to raise over 2,000 pounds in 7 hours! Click HERE to purchase tickets.

Lowes Foods Bag Childhood Hunger Food Drive
June 1 - June 30, 2016
With school out, many area children go hungry over the summer...but you can help! During the month of June, Lowes stores are collecting donations to Bag Childhood Hunger. Visit a Lowes or Just Save today, donation bins will be placed in all stores, and monetary donations will also be accepted at the register. All donations go to local Food Bank of CENC agencies. Please help today and let's Bag Childhood Hunger together!

The Great American Milk Drive
That gallon of milk you consider a staple in your refrigerator is missing from the homes of many folks in our service area that are food insecure. In partnership with Feeding America, The Great American Milk Drive makes it easy to give a gallon of nutrient-rich milk to the Food Bank with just a click of your mouse! Move For Hunger
The Food Bank is delighted to partner with Move For Hunger - an organization that offers to pickup unwanted, non-perishable food items during the moving process and deliver them to local food banks. Simply use one of the moving partners in our area and they will provide a box for food items. You can pack it or use their professional moving staff. Move For Hunger will make arrangements for the items to be delivered to our locations. Read more about Move For Hunger or find a local mover who gives back.
